We are a Brazilian couple, Chefs with experience in international, Mediterranean, gluten free, Ayurvedic cuisine, among others. We found a good reason to change our lives in Thailand. After years living in the United States and Portugal, we left for a sabbatical in Asia and Thailand enchanted us with its natural beauty, its beaches, its gastronomy, freedom and its receptive and kind people. In Trat Province, the southern tip of the East Coast and almost on the border with Cambodia, we came to know Mai Rut Beach.
